All cancellations must be advised in writing/email and will take effect the day it is received by the reservations team. Cancellation prior to 30 days subject to 50% cancellation fee. Cancellation between 15 to 30 days subject to 75% cancellation fee. Cancellation between 1 to 14 days subject to 100% cancellation fee. 24th Dec to 10th Jan bookings will be deemed as non-refundable.
