Prices quoted are subject to change without prior notice. However, once a deposit or payment has been received, the prices will not be amended for the dates of the rental.

All payments are to be made in US dollars unless an exchange rate for other currencies has been agreed on prior to the payment being made.

50% Deposit required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.

Balance 50% to be paid 7 days prior to arrival.

Any extra consumption to be paid directly to the villa / hotel prior to departure.

All cancellations must be advised in writing/email and will take effect the day it is received by the reservations team.

Cancellation prior to 30 days subject to 50% cancellation fee.

Cancellation between 15 to 30 days subject to 75% cancellation fee.

Cancellation between 1 to 14 days subject to 100% cancellation fee.

24th Dec to 10th Jan bookings will be deemed as non-refundable.

No-shows and stays that are cut short will incur a 50% fee for off peak and 100% for peak on the full room rate for the entire length of stay.
